Summary0000986: MIssing shiled hit animations on vasudan and shivan ships
DescriptionBoth the Vasudans and the Shivans don't show the shield hit animations (ShieldHit02a and ShieldHit03a). But on the Terran ships the effect shows up normally (ShieldHit01a)

I'm testing on a fresh vanilla install with only these new beta VPs added. Maybe it's some problem with the species.tbl or mv_effects-sdf.tbm?
